Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

one of my kids whats to live with the mother

I have two kids they both live with me in NM, I got my divorce in TX, the mother has to pay me child support, but my 13 year old would like to live with her mother in AZ, but I do not what her to live with her mother, what can I do about this matter? I don't what one child to live with me and the other one with her mother and I don't what the child support to be gone and I don't what to have to pay if I have one and she has to pay for the other one, I don't know what to do about my dauther living with her mother, they have lived with me for 10 years.

I think I just answered your question in another letter, but I thought you wanted the child to go with her mother. If you don't want her to go with Mom, then don't do anything unless Mom starts an action. If she does the copurt will give weight to your daughter's wishes but you can oppose it. The Courts generally don't like to separate siblings but it's discretionary. In any event you can oppose it. If the child does go with Mom you'll lose support for that one and have to pay Mom, but Mom will have to pay your for the remaining one.
