Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

Is it a legal document if a subpoena is mailed to you or is legal if its not stamped wih. New Mexico seal andif its not do i have to show up to the time n place where it says on subpoena?

Subpoenas may be issued by attorneys in NM. No seal is required.
