Is It legal to record your former girl friend and use it in a court of law
For custody of my infent . I have been recording for over a year
And have told her meany time
I record and photos and text of every thing we talk about and things I see .

yes, as long as the conversation you are recording is with you. The rule for intercepting electronic conversations is that one party to the conversation must consent to the interception or recording.
