Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

Life Insurance and divorce

My ex-husband I have three children, one of whom is still a minor. According to our divorce decree (1993) he was ordered to keep a life insurance policy with me as beneficary until all of the children were 21 if in college or 18 if not, one child is in college and the other is 16. He recently passed away but his life insurance policy named his mother as beneficary. He was behind on his child support (5 years). What recourse, if any, do I have?
