Any attorney is going to need much more information than you have provided. The first question is why are you living with your grandparents? Is it by virtue of a court order? Do they have kinship guardianship over you? How long have you lived with your grandparents? Does your mother live with them - and you? Where is your mother? Next series of questions, where does your father live? Does he live in the same town? How often do you visit with your father? Do your parents have a court order as between them that addresses your custody? Why has your father not filed a motion with the court to have custody changed to have you live with him? While your question seems to be based upon the point that you have a lot of chores to do the other questions I have asked will form the basis of any change that may occur.
You can go to the 2nd judicial district court and speak with an attorney at no cost. Also, Law Access has a helpline you can call (505) 998-4529 - and they can direct you to more specific places so you will be able to speak to a lawyer. Before you call - try to sit down and answer the questions I have asked above so that you can provide the lawyer with the most amount of information.
Good Luck.
