Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

I have a minute order and it states that I need to submit a none complete stipulated order addressing the status quo of child and other matters. Is this basically a rewritten order on what was decided upon in the courtroom with judge?

Without seeing the minute order its hard to say for sure what you put into it. A stipulated order is one that both parties agree to - did you and your ex agree before the judge on some terms to settle your differences? If so, that's what you put into the stipulated order. Then your agreement becomes an order you both have to follow. Presumably the minute order contains the agreed-upon terms. Once you write the stipulated order get the other party to sign off on it before you give it to the judge.
