Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

I owe $2,305.53 in back support and I have been paying for well over a year and want to go gambling in new mexico at the buffalo thunder. What is the dollar amount when they run your name and will they take it all from me if I win more than what I owe? Also I live in colorado. Do indian casino's follow that law and is buffalo thunder a indian casino?

A judge might say that if you have money to gamble with then you should seriously consider using it to pay your child support. Besides, if you win a bunch of money they will take it away from you to pay the child support.
