Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico
I am parent involved in a Family Law Case: Specifically a relocation case. The AC recommendations are that my boys stay in my state ( New Mexico ) and not be relocated to California with Mother. If mother stays we stay on same time share: mother moves they stay with me. There has been no physical/substance abuse by either parent. Both her and my testimonies were of course why each is a great parent. The AC is the un-bias source. So my question is how often would a judge go against the AC's recommendations where there hasn't been any neglect/abuse etc...
