paternity

if i am not reciving or want to recive childsupport

for children,(never have) do i have to concent to a

paternity test......?

Your question is quite sparse and nearly sounds illogical because of the lack of information relating to the question you pose. Under NM law either party or the court can request paternity testing and the court can order paternity testing. If you have a court order that directs you to get paternity testing done and you refuse you could be held in contempt of court.
