Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

i have physical custody of my son and my ex husband signed in the divorce papers that i was allowed to move our son out of state. can he try to stop me now that i'm moving in a month

Well, he can always try, but having granted prior permission he would have difficulty changing his mind now. Visitation with his son, however, will be an important matter, and arrangements should be made to satisfy this legal requirement. If you and he can do this informally, that is the best. If not, then back to court to take care of this matter.
