There may not be any particular 'rule' or 'law' stopping them and unless there is some overwhelming basis why not - such as they are posting photos that are tasteless or otherwise offensive then maybe no one will even think about it as something they should "NOT" do. Part of what you ask is related to whether the CYFD rules have caught up to society.

You could express to the case worker that you do not agree to such postings and ask the case worker to speak to the foster parents.
