Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

I recently found out my ex is ordering pornographic videos in our 13yr olds name; also allows him to have access to pornography via his computer, is this a crime? If it is what will he charged with?

Crime? Yes. Report it to CYFD or local police as child abuse, they'll know what to charge him with.
