Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

relationship

this is an 8 1/2 yr relationship that we have a notarized letter stating that we are acting as husband and wife. We have deeds. ins. policies both beneficiaries of life ins. policies (either soley or partially ) credit cards & utility bills that are in both names Can either be sued for alienation of affections.. No 3rd parties involved
