Representation

Next month I am scheduled for the last court date in my divorce to finalize the assets and I no longer have an attorny to represent me, what will happen?

This is clearly one of those times in your life when you should provide more information and not less. Since you have one month before you go to court then you should re-send your question to this group. When you resend it try to include more information, including, but not limited to, the following: (1) does the opposing side have an attorney? (2) why do you NOT have an attorney? (a) are you an obstinate person and your attorney quit or (b) did you run out of money? {It makes a difference}; and (c) are you trying to find another attorney? (3) How many hearings have you had and what were they about? (4) Have the previous hearings been favorable to you? (5) Do you have children? (6) Did either party submit a settlement proposal to the other side? (a) if yes, was it rejected? if so, then why? and last, but not least (7) Is one of you fighting over the ENRON stock? :o)
