Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My residence is in Sandoval County, NM. My ex wife filed papers in Bernailillo County, NM court. Does the court have juridiction over me as I am not a resident?

You could voluntarily submit to the Jurisdiction of the Bernalillo County Court by filing an answer. Also, if your wife meets the jurisdictional requirements to file in Bernalillo County then she can file there.
