I am on Social security disability I recieve #670 a monbth , how much can child support take from my monthly socail security in the state of New Mexico for two children. i was on SSI for 5 years before 2003

The amount they take depends on the income of both you and your ex-wife. There is a calculator online at http://www.nmcourts.gov/cgi/prose_lib/index.htm that you can use to calculate the support owed by each of you.
