Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

I have sole legal custody of my 6 ye old daughter, i would like to prepare some kind of paperwork saying that my daughters father cannot visit her during school hours without my permission. What can i do?

Contact the school. Provide a copy of your custody documents. It is their responsibility not to allow unauthorized visitations.
