Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

I need to have my spouse sign our divorce papers but we live in 2 different states. how can i get him to sign the documents with out mailing them to him

If he refuses to sign the documents then you shall have to sue him in court and have the matter resolved there. People generally 'sign' documents ahead of time when they have an agreement. If he will not sign then it sounds like you do not have an agreement.
