my spouse works in the court, can I get a change of venue

File a motion for a change of venue. If your spouse agrees you can both stipulate to the change, otherwise there will be a hearing. You must show evidence the judge has an interest, which can be shown by demonstrating the employment of your spouse by the court. The case should be moved to another judicial district.
