The process is straightforward: you publish a notice twice in a local paper, get an affidavit of publication, file a petition with the affidavit in the local district court. If you look in the legals you will find these notices published frequently to you can see the format to use. The paper will provide the affidait. Your Zip code is 87901 so you go the district courthouse in T or C. The clerk there may have a petition form you can use, they used to publish them online but I don't see them any more.
