Can I subpoena the woman my husband cheated on me with in our divorce trial?

You can subpoena anyone. Be sure to read the rules of civil procedure about issuing subpoenas and paying the witness fee in advance. If you don't follow the rule the witness may not show up; or possibly the judge could dismiss the witness without any testimony ever being provided. There are special rules involved when you are compelling someone to come to court.
