Depends on what your parenting plan says, but if he can't make a visit then he's usually required to let you know. He may not be able to let you know, or have the visit, depending on what happens with his bail. Regarding future visits you may want to make an effort to contact him, so you and your kids can plan, but in any event you're aware now of the possibility he won't be there. For now just plan on continuing the schedule until he asks for a change.
