You need to stop the bleeding as soon as possible by filing for divorce and getting a temporary protective order that sets up interim suppport and prohibits her from wasting your assets. It's probably not possible to recover the losses of your community assets. If she was given the land by her familyy it's likely separate property and you won't have any claim to it, unless some clever lawyer can find a way to go after it because of the community assets she wasted (I'm not that clever). The costs of the divorce can be allocated by the court, but there's a good chance you'll pay if you're the responsible party who wants it.
