Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My wife lives in Mexico and she was deported in 2006 after getting out of prison. I got out of prison in 2009 after being there since 1999. So my wife found some one else in 2007. I have no problems with that but I cannot go to Mexico as I am an american citizen and she cannot come here. there are no children or property to fight over but I cannot get her served and when I sent the papers to her moms P.O. Box her boyfriend signed the return recipt for the mail delivered at her moms address. The court states that she was not properly served that the person served was the boyfriend. My question is how do I get her served?
