Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Mexico
Where can I find a comprehensive list that catalogs ALL the laws related to alcohol in the state of New Mexico. Not websites about DWI or times of day it can be sold, but everything from production /distribution / shipping / door to door services / import export. I mean a real list of the laws, or a lawyer that can talk and have conversations about existing laws (not provide services to me)

You should visit the law library at the University of New Mexico School of Law. This will likely be your best first place to start. Other areas or people or organizations will be legislators who work in this area - so a call to your local state representative or senator will likely get you the name of a state politician who specializes in this area; MADD and members of MADD may also have collections of the type of material or documents that you are searching. Perhaps, after you have contacted these later two people/organizations then you will be better prepared to begin your research in the library. Start with the research librarian. They often can help you focus your research most expeditiously.
Good Luck.
