Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Mexico

Am I limited to asking 50 interrogatories total, or 50 per "set"? Thanks.

Yes, but you can file a Motion with the Court to submit more interrogatories upon a showing of necessity. The Court can permit you by Order to ask more should it agree with you that more are relevant to the case.
