Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Mexico
My mother's house was broken into last year and my brother took her silverware to put in his safe until her house was secure. My mom has asked for it back several times but my brother will not answer her calls and will not answer mine either. Confronting him in person is not an option at this time. What kind of steps can we take to try to get her silverware back?
