What to do with out proof of harrassment.

A female has been calling and haning up on me at work.

This has been going on for 7 months, but I have no physical proof. I have traced the call using *57, the police have said the court needs to request the records from the phone company. July 12th we are going to court and I have no proof but I can't stand this mental torture any longer. Please tell me what I can do. I know it is her because I have no other enemys, and her ex is my boyfriend.

I'm not sure I understood your message. You say you don't have proof, but you also say that you dialed *57 to determine where the calls came from. Didn't that give some indication as to the identity of the caller? The telephone company can install a device called a "trap and trace" which will lock in the call, if you request and authorize it. If your harasser is using her own telephone, this would be enough to secure a restraining order.
