Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Mexico
i am a US citizen who married a b1 b2 visa holder who now wishes to remain in us and work will the holder face any problems with this and what would i as the citizen need to file ext.. thank you

It would depend on when you two were married. In general, an adjustment of status may be possible. You may find more information on this process here:

You need to file an I-130 petition for your wife, along with an I-485 "package". A possible problem is if you married within the first 90 days of her admission into the United States, which is considered visa fraud.
