Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Mexico

Employer is withdrawing application after getting NOIR from USCIS. Another Employer filing for transfer, what if current employer send response to NOIR asking to withdraw petition and new employer files for H1b transfer after 2-3 days?

You can have multiple employers file I-129 petitions on your behalf. Make sure you stay in valid non-immigrant status in the meantime.
