Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Mexico

How can i help my partner that has been deported. I need to get info on how i can get him back leggally

You can assist him with paperwork and administrative requirements, but you cannot do it for him. He must apply through regular channels for a visa and if granted full citizenship later on. It is very doubtful that he will be able to legally enter the US in the future since he was here either illegally or deported for the commission of a crime.
