Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Mexico

Insurety Bond for State Police etc.
Where do I get an official copy of the surety bonds of the Magistrate Judge and the State Police officer. Is it not public information and they should have all have taken an oath to the Constitution in which they will have to provide surety bonds for all public officials?
