Overall, it is not "legal" for you to move out against your parents' wishes while you are under the age of majority (i.e, 18). There are places in your town that can help with the conversation between you and your parents. Start with your school counselor or one of your favorite teachers and ask for help with the conversation that needs to take place or ask about mediators who would be available to help with the conversation. Also, you can go to your church pastor or priest. Also, you can go to ANY church pastor or priest and ask for this kind of help. You may be surprised at the amount of help that is available out there. If you know a lawyer you can also ask the lawyer for help. What you will find is that sometimes there are "legal" course of action that are not always best resolved by using "legal" resolutions.

Hope this helps.
