Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in New Mexico

emancipation

So i am suxteen yrs old with a 5mo old bby. my parents do not help me with anything i live with my boyfriend who supports me. i wanna know if there is anything faster i can do to emancipate myself besides going thru the court. is there some kind of paper i can get my parents to sign that will declare me emancipated?
