Doctors Notes
1.If an employee calls out sick, and has alloted sick days, does the employer have the right to ask for a doctors (or dentists) note?
2.After the employee provides the note, does the employer have the right to call the doctors office, and ask for more details about the patient's visit? (or dentist ie: what procedures were done and why?)
