Legal Question in Employment Law in New Mexico
my former employer recently sent me a letter stating that they over paid me four years ago for two months and now want me to re-pay what they say I owe them. This is the first and only notice I received regarding this. What legal rights do I have?

Pay them, or ignore them and see what happens. You don't have to pay, by law, unless you are ordered to in a lawsuit.
