I was forced to resign from my job of 7 1/2 years due to "bulling" from heads of my company. How do I go about filing a legal complaint about the company?

Call the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and register a complaint about a "hostile workplace." Their number is in the federal government blue pages in the front of you phone book.
