Legal Question in Employment Law in New Mexico

Hello

I was hired for a job at Los Alamos, NM. It was require of me to take

a hair follicle drug screen test, I took the test, was hired for the

job and worked for over two weeks. After more than two weeks of work I

was told I tested positive for THC (marijuana). I haven't done

marijuana since my senior year in high school, I am 38 years old right

now, I was terminated from my job. I went and paid over $200 for my

own personal hair test and it came back clean. I have contacted the

company and sent them my test results and was told that I may not have

my job back,which is still available.

Is there anything I can do about this?
