Legal Question in Employment Law in New Mexico

Job Titles & The Associated Liability

I cannot seem to find anything on how to look up specific legal details on potential liability based on job title. I know Corp Officers are more accountible & legally liable, but for how much, and for what?? Where might I find this legal information?
