Legal Question in Employment Law in New Mexico
Resident Manager Status
My wife and I are resident managers at a storage facility. We have been told that the owners could come in at any time and tell us they do not like they way we have our apartment arranged or ordered. We signed nothing concerning this apartment. It is, more or less, our pay check. Can they in fact do this?
