terminated, when to pay
i was terminated from my job today, was wondering if my employer must pay me my last check today or can he wait? also i owe them 100 dollars for a car title loan in which they posess my title and will not give back imediatly. want to settle with them and get my final paycheck and car title. what are my rights?

If your next payday is soon, see if you can pick it up from HR and deal with title then.
Otherwise make a written demand for last paycheck by Certified Letter and/or FAX/email with a cc to your Attorney.
