Legal Question in Employment Law in New Mexico

i work for a medical and indus gas supplier,he supplies ind ox for med ox (he has been busted by the fda before for this) all trucks are running illegal (safety issues).major dot,fda,violations shop tanks are not chained ,broken eddy current machines which test for cracks in bottle threads,reuses chemicals from fire extinguishers then charges customers 55.00 gal for new chems he doesnt add hydrotest equipment out of calibration vehicles run overweight for hazmat transportation no placards vehicles unsafe to drive. this has caused a lot of health issues not sleeping fighting with the wife coming home mad stressedout, would like to quit but dont know if i would get unemployment but can i sue for my strees and anxiety
