Legal Question in Employment Law in New Mexico
I've been working with my security company for the better part of five years I've never once been written up and the only time I was fired I was called a week later to work with that very same employer and in that time I have never once been given a raise or offered a promotion and my permanent post was ended when I moved out of my employer's apartments. My question is do I have a legal standing against him?
