Legal Question in Employment Law in New Mexico
i was wrongfully terminated at my last job, to where they put me on the no hire list and did not provide me with enough information to why i was let go so suddenly. i tired to fix my situation with them but they just gave me the run around and after all that waiting they still didnt have what i wanted.

New Mexico is an "employment-at-will" state, and a worker may be discharged for any reason or no reason at all. So, legally, they are entitled to discharge you without providing any reason for having done so. Unfortunately, it is their right to decline to explain to you why you were discharged.
