Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Mexico
I have a hot dog push cart and was given permission to park it at a hotal parking space loaction. the general manager gave me approval and i was able to get all permits needed to go in to business.( cilty;state) the owner of the property got mad and may make me move it because she didnt now i was there and approved the the GM?. I have $ 5,000.00 into starting this business and the previovs owner of the hot dog cart said it would be ok to set up there with there approval. without this location i have NO business, I have NO business;what can i do??

You may file suit in small claims court, which is the Metropolitan Court in Bernalillo County, and the Magistrate Court in all other counties. The court will provide the forms, but not legal advice. You will need a written document or a witness to back up your story, because if you say yes and they say no, you cannot prevail.
