Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Mexico

my mother inlaw is living in our house in new mexico. we have a lease agreement with her. her son has been staying there, and now he refuses to leave. how do we get him out?

Give 3 days notice of eviction. If he doesn't move, file for removal with the Metro Court. They have the forms, but will not give you legal advice.
