Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New Mexico

I was told my a doctor that I was not welcome in their office becuase I had seen a different doctor in the past and he did not like that doctor. Can a doctor refuse to see patients because he has a beef with another docror? I have written the medical board, but do I have a leg to stand on here?

Doctors have a legal right to refuse to treat a patient for any reason or no reason at all. Their ethics may dictate otherwise, but that's the law. Under ordinary circumstances, no US citizen can be forced to work for another if s/he does not want to.
