100 Percent VA disibility and military Med Review Board
I was just told that I do not have to go through the entire Review Process if I am rated at 100% total and permanent through the VA. I was told that all I have to do is submit the award letter from the VA and that would be sufficient to make a decision. I was also wondering if there is a law in effect that stated this.

NO, that is not true. Although the military and the VA use basically the same guidelines, their decisions are not always the same. In a perfect world, thsy should be, but it does not always happen. I have seen many cases where the military does not accept the VA findings. You need to establish the level of disability once again to the military's satisfaction under their regulations.
