Sexual Harrassment- Military
My question is this: I had a perfect record when I got to my first assignment then my immediate supervisor started to sexually harass me. Well I finally got up the nerve to turn him into MEO and the case was substantiated. After all of this I was removed from the clinic twice for periods of 1 week and then 2 months, when they moved me out of my duty section I did not get into any kind of trouble only when I was put back with the person that sexually harassed me. After a year of this they sent me to an in-patient ward even though I was adamantly telling them that I was not harm to myself. They would write me paperwork for any and everything (just LOCs). Now they are trying to give me a General Discharge (Under honorable conditions) for with an Adjustment Disorder that stemmed from the hostile working environment that was created by the sexual harassment. I have been in for a little over two years with a four year enlistment, so I have less than two years left to go. What can I do?

It seems like your command is retaliating in violation of the Whistle Blower Protection Act. Feel free to contact me for help.
Re: Sexual Harrassment- Military
Sounds like you have a potential retaliation issue, and you'll need to "contest" the separation.
