What would consitute reason to sue and evidence required?

Personal injury actions in NM require (1) negligence on someone's part, and (2) injury and loss by another. Liability and damages are the way the concepts are expressed in the law.

If someone injured you or caused you a monetary loss because of their negligence, you probably have a case in NM.
